When you write to me, I receive your name, your email address, the project type if you give one, and your message. This data is only used to reply to you and to discuss your project.

It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing. The website does not store it in a database: it reaches me by email, and you receive a confirmation.

The processing rests on your request: it is necessary to answer it and, where relevant, to prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures).

I am the only recipient of your messages. Emails are sent through the Resend service (Plus Five Five, Inc.), and the website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; both providers are based in the United States.

Your messages are kept for the duration of our exchange, then for at most three years after our last contact, unless a contract binds us.

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. This tool sets no cookie and cannot identify you: it produces aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device type), and the visit identifier is deleted after 24 hours.

Vercel Speed Insights anonymously measures how fast pages load: page, device type, browser, country and display time, with nothing that could identify you.

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted or ported, by writing to bonjour@code01.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
